Simple easy experience. I got a text from Yates reminding me my safety inspection was due (which I would not have realized myself). I was able to drop my car the night before and they called me when it was ready in the morning. Super friendly and nice people.

The staff at Yates Automotive could not be more helpful, attentive and polite. I only stopped in for a state inspection, and yet they treated me like any other customer. I highly recommend them for service, and if my car was not still under its manufacturer warranty, I’d only use Yates for any repair or maintenance service.

Yates Automotive provides a great website to schedule an appointment. Associates welcomed me, I advised them of work done at previous dealers, and they provided me with an estimate for when the work would be completed. The Back to School Safety Special was excellent and they provided the Safety inspection. I was able to use my AAA 10% discount. I highly recommend and will be back for my next repair of Volvo XC90!
