I do much of my own car repair, but I’ve used Yates for the past 20 years when I don’t have the time or the job is too big. Consistently, their customer service is excellent. Their repair work is excellent. My only note is good work and good customer service don’t come cheap. They’re cost is going to be similar to the dealers. However, their work is top notch, and they’re a close family owned business. I’ve also used Yates’ car wash and collision repair in Old Town and been equally happy.
