As always, the good folks at Yates could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The work was scheduled exactly when I requested and was completed by the time we returned from a nice visit to a local cafe. It is very comforting to deal with people we trust to do timely good work at a reasonable price.

I had an electrical problem with my wife's car and was able to drop it off in the evening as they are open late and pick it back the next day, very pleased all around.

Please dont go on the last day of your inspection date because they will be very crowded. I made that mistake but they still was able to take care if me and I didn't wait long. We have been using Yates for years, ranging from routine oil changes to major repairs, and we have always found them to be knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. They also are very honest. You don't get any fake recommended repairs like I have experienced at some other local stations. My wife and I highly recommend them.
