I took my car to Yates on Braddock and dropped it off very early. The Yates employee getting the building ready to open was very friendly. When I picked up the car, I had walked over with my dog and they invited her in, gave her a treat, and were wonderfully professional and kind!

Great business and very upstanding people! I went here to get a screw removed from my tire and get the hole patched, but it ended up being a very tiny one (no patch needed) and they didn’t even charge me! And the service was very fast

I went for a last minute inspection. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The process was fast and I didn’t even have an appointment. Highly recommend! Thanks Eddie!

Took our car in for regular service and had a good experience so took it in when we had a headlight burn out also. It turned out that it wasn’t an issue with the headlight as much as some wiring causing a short circuit. We ended up having to take the car in a total of three times for the issue, which would have been very disappointing had Zan not been able to sort the issue out quickly the third time as well as make some price adjustments to account for the time and work we had already paid for in the previous two visits. It turned an experience where I’d probably not take my car back to them into a situation where I definitely will take it back to them for any future issues.

I just want to say how lucky I am that Zan is employed by Yates. I took a very bad fall running on the sidewalk yesterday morning by your garage, resulting in a pretty deep laceration on my knee. Zan immediately came to my rescue, helping me clean the wound, bandaging me up and then driving me home. I then was able to quickly drive to the emergency room where they stitched me up. I was in a really bad place -- bleeding profusely, no phone, over a mile from home. It wasn't Yates's fault nor did Yates have any obligation to help me out, but Zan took time out from what was clearly a very busy day at Yates to help me in a time of need. I'm forever grateful for his help. You should be proud to have an employee like him. Thank you to Zan and Yates!
