We took our car to three different places to get work done and were told by all three that they could not perform the work. We should have gone to Yates Automotive in the first place. The team researched what we needed and took the extra steps to solve the issue. We got the car back the same day! Yates is everything you want from a home-town, family-run business. Also a shout out to Yates Collision for fixing a dent that took specialized work and some creativity. The car looks perfect. While I am at it, we regularly use Yates carwash and occasionally use their detailing service. The only thing we do not use is the gas station, and only because we drive electric vehicles. Well done!!
