I highly recommend Yates Automotive. They are the best car maintenance shop . I've been taking my 2011 Hyundai Elantra for regular maintenance, never had bad experience. Yates Service Station on Braddock & Mt Vernon is the safest place in Alexandria. Manned by a small courteous army of helpful and knowledgeable mechanics. There’s nothing even close to Yates with its large containers of flowers and enthusiastic workers who are happy to put air in your tires and check your oil.

I have been using Yates Automotive since 2023. I really like that they are locally owned and very invested in the community. I’ve received great care for my car with Yates and I leave feeling that the work was correctly diagnosed, competently accomplished and priced fairly. Great auto repair shop. They did good work on my car and they are at the ideal location near a metro stop. Only problem I had with them is over price, which is very high and includes a lot of items I thought were not totally necessary.
