The staff at Yates Automotive could not be more helpful, attentive and polite. I only stopped in for a state inspection, and yet they treated me like any other customer. I highly recommend them for service, and if my car was not still under its manufacturer warranty, I’d only use Yates for any repair or maintenance service.

Yates Automotive provides a great website to schedule an appointment. Associates welcomed me, I advised them of work done at previous dealers, and they provided me with an estimate for when the work would be completed. The Back to School Safety Special was excellent and they provided the Safety inspection. I was able to use my AAA 10% discount. I highly recommend and will be back for my next repair of Volvo XC90!

We went to Yates to repair the driver’s side rear view mirror. Yates made the repair and I was able to get back to my commuting routine ASAP. I really appreciate that Yates made the repair quickly and, even though it was a small job, didn’t use it as an opportunity to upsell me. Just what I needed and nothing more and that makes me very happy!

Active duty military driving from Virginia to California had a oil leak and undercarriage damage occur on the highway due to highway debris. From the first contact to receiving my car back they have been nothing but professional and swift in their process, repairs, and customer service. Would recommend 10/10. Huge shoutout to Kris. For 25 years, the Yates family has taken good care of our family's cars. They just changed the oil in the Mini while I had lunch across the street at their restaurant Lena's after dropping off dry cleaning to be delivered by the Yates Laundry. They also have the nicest 7-11 in town.
