Yates Automotive is fantastic. They took my car in late Saturday afternoon and were finished with it by Monday morning. They assessed the issue within an or so hour of me dropping off my car and gave me an estimate that was about $100 over what I actually ended up paying. They replaced my muffler and exhaust pipe and now my car sounds/runs better than it did when I got it : ). Very pleased. Love this place and will be recommending their services to anyone I know who has car trouble.

I’m happy to have found this amazing shop, friendly advisors,& the tech who serviced my car was able to figure out my electrical concern with the car dying and service my transmission and other maintenance items as well. I got my car back the next day and saved about $1,000, that the dealership had quoted me. Consider me a returning customer for future repairs!

They are the best! I highly recommend them for an oil change. They provide the oil and everything needed at a very affordable price. They also helped me with an engine oil issue that could have ruined my engine—they truly saved me! I’m so grateful for their help and excellent service. Definitely recommend!

I dealt with Kris and he was pleasant, professional and made me feel welcome. He told me there was a wait but informed me the old town was about a 20 minute walk and things to occupy my time there. A manicure and a little shopping happened and when I got back, my vehicle was ready and I was greeted with a smile.
