Unfortunately I’ve had to take my car in twice within a few weeks. Each time was for a different problem. The first time not only did they perform the diagnostics quickly but were incredibly professional and got everything working fantastically. I had also requested that they detailed my car. When I went to pick it up it looked like it was brand new! The second time they went through the extra effort to resolve the issue and find the correct parts. They are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for any service that you need for your car.

I just posted on FB what a fantastic job Yates did installing the trailer hitch on my 2017 Subaru Outback. This was a very big job & more intricate than some would lead you to believe. Absolutely DO NOT go to Uhaul or off market or even a dealer install! You’ll be set up for a shake down at those places & you’ll never know if it was installed correctly. I have always trusted Yates for reliable & truthful service. Go to Yates. The only people I will let touch my car!
