Have never written a review for anything but Mike deserves it!!! Came in for a safety inspection, wasn’t sure if I needed emissions, and Mike went out to my car and checked what I needed, came back and explained my emissions was up to date. Went to do my safety inspection and called me over to let me know everything he was looking at and told me I’d passed. As a young girl getting any car work done is intimidating and Mike was the best mechanic I’ve ever had. Rather than cheating me by saying xyz needed to be fixed or making me feel dumb for not knowing, he just explained everything and went above and beyond. Best experience I’ve had and he deserves a raise!!!!!

We were traveling from a different state.Our truck broke down on a Saturday(they only do oil changes and inspection on the weekends)and they got in fixed by 3:00 Monday.They were great to work with.

In addition to those things that I checked off on this list ...Yates replaced my gasket and gasket cover. They cleaned up the oil that had dripped down in the pan of my car. The list seemed exhaustive, but it is what it is and needed to be done. Now I am riding good, confident and safe. My car drives like a dream. I am no longer worried about further damage, because all of what needed to be addressed was addressed to the fullest. I use to bring my Lincoln LS to Yates back in the day and was always pleased with their work. I am truly grateful, satisfied and happy with the quality of care and the turnaround time for getting all the work done. Again, Yates and the whole staff rocked front start to finish!! #TeamYates
