Yates is a place where I know I am going to be taken care of. I had a tail light that was out and was looking for a quick place to have it fixed. I called Yates and they told me to come in right away. Zan and Michael immediately jumped into action, repairing my light as well as helping me with the covers on both lights and even giving me some new screws to make them more sturdy. These gentleman were kind, helpful, and proactive. I will always bring my business to Yates.

We have been loyal customers of Yates Auto since we moved to Alexandria and a neighbor highly recommended them. They have cared well for our older car, both with regular maintenance and when we’ve had bigger issues. They really care about service and their customers, and have provided smaller services at no cost (helping with tire pressure, key fobs, and a displaced body panel that a Yates auto body technician shifted back into place). Everyone who works there is helpful, patient with questions, and highly skilled, most recently Zan. When things have gone wrong with our car, I trust them with their diagnoses and repairs/replacements. They are what you want a neighborhood auto shop to be.

Zan and the staff at Yates Auto are very customer focused, I popped in because my tire was going flat because a shard of metal had ruptured the tire. I pulled in to get a patch, but the tire was unrepairable so they put my spare on complementary. I really appreciated the empathy and the care the staff took. I highly recommend if you have any automotive needs and live in the area please check these guys out!

After my last review I had the opportunity to speak with the wonderful owner Joey. He contacted me and we discussed my experience with his shop. He was very concerned and wanted to help and he apologized for what happened at his shop. I was very happy to hear from him, and I decided to return back to the shop and get my car fixed. Joey personally had my car picked up by Michael and I had a loaner car until mines was fixed. They did a great job fixing my car and I feel that I have a new friend and my Christmas Gift was Granted by Santa.
