I absolutely love Yates Automotive. Ive been a repeat costumers for years. Their costumer services is incredible. My favorite mechanic is Joe. He's attentive and great at his job. I really appreciate how timely and observant the whole staff is. I high recommend this establishment!

Timely service and help with recommendation for an affiliated body shop.

Their team is awesome, prices are competitive, work gets done right, and they had my vehicle back to me quickly. Last time in, I had new/bigger tires installed that required spacers to properly fit — ordered all the parts myself and they were fine with me shipping that stuff directly to the shop. The job was a little complicated and they talked me through options, gave me good advice, etc. I definitely recommend Yates.

Shout out to Yates Automotive & their amazing staff. Yesterday, on way to church my warning light came on my that my back rear tire was very low, so headed to Yates Automotive. Embarrassed to say I wasn’t sure how much air was needed and how to check it so went in and a very, very nice, professional young man named John said he would be happy to put air in my tires. When I told him it was only the rear tire that the light had indicated, he insisted on checking all four and, this photo shows what he found in my front tire. So thankful he found that before who knows what could’ve happened. That’s the kind of personal attention and service Yates has been giving my family for over 50 years. Besides outstanding service, they are also one of the most generous and supportive businesses to our community & to so many non-profits. Thank you to the Yates family & entire team!!

Great service every time. The front desk staff is courteous, prompt and professional. Joe is an ace mechanic and does impeccable work. If you want it done right the first time, go to Yates automotive.

Called to set up an appt for emissions. They said, just bring it by. Since I was heading to the Braddock Metro anyway, it was perfect. They were finished before I even got to work! No problem, they held it for me and, even though I had a long day, they were still open at 7:30pm. Best news, no issues AND I got out of walking 2 miles on the hottest day of the year (so far). I'd call it a win!

My wife purchased an interior car detailing for Fathers Day, and I just want to say Thank You to the crew at Yates! We were both blown away by the work that was done to bring my 4 year old cloth seats (with plenty of wear from our toddler) back to NEW condition! I could not believe it. I didn’t think it was possible! We noticed during the holidays that the crew was having a Christmas Party in their shop and loved that Yates hosted a party to celebrate, so we wanted to find a way to support the business. I will be telling everyone I know about their services, and highly recommend the car detailing to anyone who wants to see their car look like dealership new again!
