To whom it may concern, I took my 2005 Ford F-150 in for an AC inspection and to do a general check up of the vehicle. They were extremely accommodating and able to complete the inspection, give an estimate, and complete the work within 24hrs. They were extremely professional at all times and priced me fairly. No games were played at all and no attempts to add things to work on that were not needed. They have earned my respect and continued loyalty from this point on. Truly a honest person who believes in making sure your car choice is a right fit for you. He will weigh pros and cons of vehicles and suggest other options until you find, discover, or settle on your truths. Ex. My story... 2001- New job needed a car. It was my 1st car purchase but wasn't my 1st car. Was advised to check Yates Automotive. Saw some cars... Ok... He offered me a car with very low mileage for its year. I saw the car and was like, ok... He noticed I willing to buy the car but wasn't excited about it. We talked a few mintues about what I'm looking for from a car and he told me the car will be ready in two weeks come back. 9/11 happened... Five weeks later the car is finally ready. I go pick up the car...OMG!! The car now has a sunroof and new radio. I was excited to own this car that I drove for 13 years until it went to car heaven... 2014 He repeated the same thing... Wow! It is an experience to buy from Yates Automotive.

I am a big fan of the Yates family, but embarrassingly, had not tried out their services until 2 weeks ago. I opted for a car detail and I’m blown away with the job they did on my car. They seriously brought it back to life! Furthermore, extremely timely and communicative. Thanks Yates Family!
