I used to own a VW. Anyone who has owned a VW knows the unending pain of repairs. The last time it broke for good, I took it to Yates. This was the first time I had used Yates. It was the coldest part of December 2017, a freezing 18 degrees out there. I had exhaust coming in through the vents. I tried to keep the windows down to lessen the carbon monoxide poisoning, but I couldn’t see out the front windshield. I know. Right? Anyway, they looked for the leak but couldn’t find it for sure. So they didn’t charge me anything. Luckily, I came into enough of an inheritance to put money down on a new car within that same week. And I take it to Yates religiously. A Honda, so basically it’s maintanence once a year. Duane from Yates drops me off at home, they let me pay over the phone, and then deliver my car to my home. I completely trust the mechanic; everything I am told needs doing is what I have already surmised will need doing. And it costs way less money than the VW dealership. I trust Yates. They’re small business answering to their own small community. They’d never have survived if they weren’t trust-worthy. So I don’t have to worry about my car now. Thankfully.
