I made a last-minute appointment for an oil change quickly and easily (huge plus!). Everyone I interacted with from the time I made the appointment through when I picked up my vehicle was kind and professional. The only reason I had to drop one star was that no one asked what kind of oil should be used in my vehicle and so they first used the wrong type of oil. However, they fixed it immediately once I realized the mistake and did it at no extra charge to me. Despite the mistake, I will likely still return to Yates next time my vehicle needs to be serviced!

My car was serviced at Yates automotive on Saturday. I received superior customer service from entry to exit. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and hospitable (as I waited for my vehicle.) This was the best and fastest car repair service that I have ever had.

While staying in Alexandria, I had a flat tire. Yates automotive went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Duane even gave me a ride back to my hotel so I could take care of the tire. Deal with this local company.

Today this morning was crazy my tired popped and my space was also popped. Lucky for me they where able to fix my space and get me going on the road again. When I asked how much it was going to cost they said no charge and told me Merry Christmas. Small gesture like these go a long way. Thanks to those guys and Alex for fixing my tire right away.
