My car was serviced at Yates automotive on Saturday. I received superior customer service from entry to exit. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and hospitable (as I waited for my vehicle.) This was the best and fastest car repair service that I have ever had.

Mr. Yates was knowledgeable and helpful when I was there.

While staying in Alexandria, I had a flat tire. Yates automotive went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Duane even gave me a ride back to my hotel so I could take care of the tire. Deal with this local company.

Today this morning was crazy my tired popped and my space was also popped. Lucky for me they where able to fix my space and get me going on the road again. When I asked how much it was going to cost they said no charge and told me Merry Christmas. Small gesture like these go a long way. Thanks to those guys and Alex for fixing my tire right away. Let’s just say my puppy had a serious accident in my car. Took it in for an interior detail and it’s like it never happened. Also the have free air and the compressor actually works!

I went to 6 different places to get help with putting on a spare tire and no one would help me. I went to Yates and they helped me out. The guys there are so nice and super friendly. I was so upset and frustrated but they go me in and out quickly. I recommend them and I definitely will be back. Thanks guys for all the help.

We use Yates frequently for "quickie" problems (car patch/state inspections) etc. and they're always able to fit us in and fix our problem. Based on the history of customer service, I got the interior of my car detailed this week. Aaron's work exceeded my expectations. Let me paint the screen for you, I have two toddlers and have no problems letting them eat and drink in the car if it keeps them calm and happy. I also had two beagles who shedded profusely. Add in a sunflower seed habit and the inability to keep French fries (or any fast food) confined to the bag (or at least catch the spillage with my shirt like a civilized human). To say my highlander was a science experiment is an insult to scientists combating infectious diseases everywhere. My car looks as amazing as the day I bought it (ahhh, the cleanliness of a pre kid life). I would do it again and I would ask for Aaron every time!

I was losing pressure in my front left tire and stopped into Yates to see if they'd squeeze me in last minute to check if it was safe to drive on. They needed about 90 minutes but found the problem and fixed it quickly at no charge and aired up all my tires. Assertive and quick customer service. Glad I just moved a couple of blocks away!
