We just moved to the area. Our vehicle had a knocking sound while turning left, for some time now... Yates had an appointment for us the next morning, test drive and ran all of the appropriate checks. This place is professional, friendly, timely and convenient. We are happy to have found our local automotive company.

My engine coolant light kept going off so I thought it best to have someone take a look. Jon was excellent in walking me through how to check my coolant level, and what to look for to protect my vehicle from any serious damage. He topped me off free of charge and was extremely kind. I’ll be returning in the future!

No, they aren't the cheapest auto shop in town. It's their honest approach and neighborly attitude that keeps us coming back even after we moved a little further away. Their service is the best around, and they go above and beyond to deliver pragmatic solutions when you inevitably need a repair. They keep our old Toyota running like new.
