Brought my car for emissions and what a fantastic service i received. Was in a hurry and they were understanding and had me out of there less than 30mins. Luis was great and i will be coming back and recommending to my family and friends.

Ricky, Jon, and Billy seriously helped a girl out when my window got stuck halfway down at 7:30pm on a Thursday. Not only were they able to fix the problem, they were able to put a smile on my face and a happy spin on a particularly terrible day. Grateful for them and they should be given much praise for their service and kindness.

We were visiting from out of town and needed last minute service. We received fast, friendly, professional service at Yates and we are on the road again.

Was headed to DC from Richmond for an event at the Kennedy Center when the both tires blew due to pot hole. Found Yates on line. They were a life saver ordered the tires and gave us a car to take into the District at no cost. Jeff and staff were simply amazing and top notch professional. Made the show on time and all was well with the world !!!!!

About a month ago, December 2018, I stopped in at Yates to get a punctured tire repaired. They fixed it and I was in and out in about a half hour, even though I walked in without an appointment and it was the end of the day. Today I stopped in again because another tire had suffered a puncture. Unfortunately this puncture was too close to the edge of the tire and could not be repaired safely.
