I was pleased to learn that Yates does inspections — got my state inspection done in under 4 hours, quick and convenient, got a call when it was all done and pickup was a breeze. Great service from kind folks. I’ll be coming back for as long as I’m in the Alexandria area.

I suddenly realized my safety inspection was several months past due on a Sunday morning. I had been towed for this very reason twice in the past from my complex, and was determined to avoid that situation again. I woke up at 7am on Monday morning, went to the gas station—there was a three hour wait. Went to another gas station—another three hour wait. Decided to give Yates a try. They too had a wait, but I explained my situation, and they happily accommodated me. I was extremely grateful. Highly recommend!

Very great service from jump. Came in and was greeted. Was told a wait time of APPROXIMATELY 3 hours for state inspection, but, was seen within the same hour. Price was very reasonable… only $20 for inspection… compared to another place trying to charge me $125. Easy to find.
