We were visiting from out of town and needed last minute service. We received fast, friendly, professional service at Yates and we are on the road again.

Was headed to DC from Richmond for an event at the Kennedy Center when the both tires blew due to pot hole. Found Yates on line. They were a life saver ordered the tires and gave us a car to take into the District at no cost. Jeff and staff were simply amazing and top notch professional. Made the show on time and all was well with the world !!!!!

About a month ago, December 2018, I stopped in at Yates to get a punctured tire repaired. They fixed it and I was in and out in about a half hour, even though I walked in without an appointment and it was the end of the day. Today I stopped in again because another tire had suffered a puncture. Unfortunately this puncture was too close to the edge of the tire and could not be repaired safely. Yates has come through for us more times than I can count. We recently were stuck with a dead battery, and Yates graciously sent over one of their expert technicians to jump start the car and take it to Yates for whatever work was required. The battery needed to be replaced, and Yates took care of it promptly and with the courtesy and professionalism that I have come accustomed to in my years of using them. I have referred several friends and neighbors to Yates, and will continue to do so. These guys are the best!
