I have been to Yates a couple times before. Always excellent service and have been a life saver on costs. The last item they helped me with was a seat belt replacement. They saved me hundreds in cost. Not just with the seat belt though. My Bluetooth audio was not functioning. I didn't let them know this since the immediate cost was the seat belt and I would address it at another time. Anyway, due to the electrical system needing to be reset for the new belt and air bag configuration, this reset my Bluetooth audio system. The car dealer I went to initially wanted to charge me $400.00 to replace the Bluetooth unit! Yates, once again, saved me a ton of money and also backed by excellent work. While the Bluetooth audio feature was fix, it was not the actual issue I brought my car info. And, by doing business by excellence, they ended fixing my BTA feature by doing a simple reset for a different issue. I listen to a ton of audio books and school lectures via this feature in my work travel. I called them a gave my thanks over the phone and I am doing this here as well. KEEP IT UP GUYS!! Thank you again for all you have done, even if it was not an intended fix lol. Keep up the great work and you will have my business even more in the future! Lord Bless!

Brought my A5 in this morning as scheduled for brake checkup. I got busy and wasn’t available when they called with the estimate and didn’t call back until nearly noon. So, they had to get the parts and then replace the worn out rotors and pads, etc. I checked on their progress around 5:00 and was told they were still working. They were totally sympathetic that this is my only car and called me just before 8:00 closing time to say they were going to finish befor leaving. Kris and the other folks who stayed late to take care of me are heroes. There aren’t many places left today with this kind of service commitment. Kudos Yates. You provide outstanding customer-focused service.

My car alerted me that I had low tire pressure. Drove to Yates, they filled my tires. I asked what I owed, he said nothing and gave me the tire gauge. Awesome service! Thank you!

My entire experience at Yates Automotive was excellent. I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the operation and then with the courtesy and patience working with David the Service Advisor. They were able to get me in the next morning and quickly and correctly diagnosed the root cause. I was extremely pleased with my experience and would add a thank you to Brendan, the technician who performed the work. I would definitely take my car back to Yates and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Yates Automotive is a truly exceptional place to take your vehicle. From the professional customer service provided by David to the truly unbelievably amazing detail job by Aaron. I brought my FJ Cruiser in for a detail, it had a horrible mold problem growing inside and had not been cleaned in years. Aaron tackled this monumental task and when It was done my truck looked better than when I purchased it. Thank you Aaron and David!! I will definitely be going to Yates for all my automotive needs in the future and I hope you do as well. Yates is reliable, trustworthy and most importantly they do a great job! Thanks again!

Wow, I still can't believed it. This morning I had my splash guard under my Honda come down and were dragging on the ground while I were driving. I didn't know what to do. As I were driving my wife to work this morning I saw that yates were open at 6:45 am. What automotive open this earlier, man this was a blessing. I brought my car in there's, Jeff very helpful and nice. A long with Chris who did the work on my car. It took every bit of 15 min to put the splash guard back on. I was so happy that I wouldn't be late for work. Man...............I would refer this company to anyone who looking for great mechanic, especially if you have to be at work early like me. I will truly be back in the future. Thanks again for everything.

I use Yates Automotive for everything car related and highly recommend them. They do excellent quality work, very quickly, for honest/reasonable prices. Oil changes, inspections, repairs... They do it all. I recently had a major incident that resulted in a broken control arm, broken front axel and severed brake lines. Yates Automotive got be back up and running in one day for an incredible price.. and my car has never felt better. Huge shout out to Kevin and Mike for an amazing job on that one. I really appreciate having a quality auto repair shop in our neighborhood. The employees always make the experience a good one by doing little things like washing your car and pulling it right out front for you. I've had cars towed there in the middle of the night and it couldn't be easier. The short story: excellent quality work, quick, for a good price

They've been keeping my 18 year old Jeep Wrangler running all these years. Really great group of guys you can trust your car with. Appreciate that they don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. They been great at letting me know when I may need to consider a new car but until then they keep my Jeep running. Thanks!

Wow, best customer service I've had in a really long time! I would never expect this from a auto place. The owner greeted me with a smile and "how can I help" as soon as I pulled up. The staff was friendly and seemed super happy to be there. I always say, 'you can tell how a place is run by how happy the staff is'. From my understanding, Yates is family owned and operated... the amount of care and extra customer service goes a long way in my book. I never thought I would have a favorite auto place. Lol!

Amazing Service! I needed an emissions test done. Service agent was friendly and fast. I enjoyed my free soda while I waited only 15 mins. Store staff was very nice. And the free car wash was an awesome surprise too!
