The best auto repair and maintenance ever!!! They are excellent, honest and their prices are always reasonable!!! They work with you. My husband and I love this place since 2011. The Customer Service is great always!!!

I can't say enough great things about Yates. I've brought our cars here several times for everything from oil changes and safety inspections to larger scale repairs. Everyone we talk to is always extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. When I came in for a safety inspection last year they just did it on the spot because I had to get to work and couldn't leave the car all day. They've always been very honest about necessary vs. non-necessary repairs, offered to drive me to the metro when I dropped a vehicle off, and the turnaround is typically very fast. I wish customer service was this dependable everywhere!

We just moved to the area. After a 12-hour car trip with our dog, it was time for a detail. I did some research and made an appointment online with Yates. I love that you can go to their webpage and schedule a service without calling. They also followed up with text and email; which was awesome. The staff was professional and friendly. As far as the job itself, our car looks as good as new. We will be returning for other services!

Yates is great, we have an older vehicle and they have be4n so helpful from regular maintenance to emergency car car. They are proactive and great with preventative maintenance. Every timely and accommodating. The locations is good, close to metro stop for when we need drop off our vehicle .The workers are friendly and very good at taking the time to explain everything until it's understood.

I am always so impressed with the kindness and respect I am shown at Yates! I will never take my Jeep any place else! ��

I had a fender bender around the corner from them, drove over with a piece dragging. They offered me water, let me make my calls, removed the piece from my car and assured me that I could drive it to the body shop. All for no charge. Thanks Yates for being good neighbors!

OK, let's get this out there...I Yelped Yate's Automotive earlier this year after they detailed my Volvo. I just picked up my wife's Lexus. SUPERB job! The SUV looks brand new. Once again, Aaron did our Signature Detail. Inside and out, every nook and cranny cleaned and waxed. Fantastic job and well worth the reasonable price. Sincere thanks - well done!!!

I went to Yates for an emissions test. They were very knowledgeable about the process. They experienced high volume that day and offered me a free car wash and ride home until they were finished with my vehicle. Awesome customer service!

Hands down, some of the absolute nicest people you'll ever meet. What I thought was a yearly inspection turned into a much bigger (and much more expensive!) ordeal. They couldn't have been more accommodating. And when my check engine light came on the same evening I picked it up, they were willing to fix it at no cost. A+ customer service! I'll definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon!)!
