Excellent customer service! I had taken my car in for intermittent problems with the clutch and start. They did a complete inspection and I was happy to learn my car was in great shape and safe to drive. They identified the possible issues which were not major at all. They also washed and vacuumed my car at no additional cost. Ken explained everything and eased my concerns about driving long distances. I will definitely go back for future service as needed.

A few weekends ago I took my car to Yates to get the oil and the windshield wipers changed. They were friendly and efficient, fit me in quickly, and did not try to sell anything else to me. I dropped the car off min-morning and had it back by about 1pm, so it also wasn't disruptive to the day at all. It was definitely a good experience and I will for sure come back.

This shop is friendly, honest and considerate of their customer's needs/preferences. Really, it's the shop everyone wishes they could go to.

I am here from out of town and my vehicle's engine light was on and transmission fluid was leaking (well, almost completely out). Jon, the owner, was able to inspect my vehicle, temporarily fix it (it has to be completely fixed back home) so that I can make it home safely. On a very busy day he helped me tremendously, the price was very reasonable as well! Great place and even a greater person. Thanks to Jon and his crew! Even for a PENS fan!

I had a wonderful experience with Yates Automotive. I recently was told by another auto repair shop that I "needed" new breaks. I relented and agreed, but when I went through my car's maintenance records, I found that those breaks only had 12,000 miles on them. Uncertain if I had just gotten scammed, I took the old breaks to Yates and they confirmed that those breaks were just fine. However, what really went above and beyond the call of duty was when Ken, the manager, offered to call the other auto shop and express his concern. Ken even followed up a couple days later and asked how it turned out. (I complained at the other place and got my money back.). Thanks Ken!

I stopped at Yates this afternoon because I had a warning light that my tire air pressure was low. Conor saw me looking bewildered and checked all four tires, added air as necessary, and even gave me a cap for one of the valves. What tremendous service! Thanks, Conor.

I am one of those people that only give 5 stars when the service is truly exceptional. I worked on my own cars until I moved to the DC area in a townhome where the HOA didn't allow you to work on cars. I started using Yates and every interaction with them has been good. I broke down after an oil change and without question they paid for a tow for me, arranged for a loaner vehicle, and got my car in the shop. Even though the repair ended up being difficult, a timing belt broke catastrophically, they have done everything they can to get my car back together against the clock. These guys are trustworthy and do honestly care about the things that I do and take action to back it up
