First time going to Yates. Had a brake light out. Called to see if Yates had it in stock, thinking I would just buy it and replace it myself. They told me if I could get there within the next 10-15 minutes, they could take a look at it, but they would be closing at 8pm. I got there in just a few minutes. They brought my car in right away and ended up replacing the bulb quickly. When the gentleman came to the office to tell me it was done, he told me, "You're all set." I asked what I owed them. The mechanic said, "Nothing. We haven't done anything nice for anyone yet today." Awesome first impression.

The gentlemen who changed my oil and rotated my tires were courteous and quick. They also alerted me to a possible issue regarding my car battery. To be sure, I got a second opinion and the recommendation from the Yates team was correct. I am grateful that they brought this matter to my attention since I was preparing for a cross-county road trip. Thank you so much for keeping me safe!!

Everyone was knowledgeable and quite capable of assisting myself and others waiting. Jon called as promised and advised me of the status of the issue and its cost. He answered my questions without hesitation. In fact, my car was ready before the anticipated timeframe. Thank you.

I only went in for an inspection which Yates handled quickly and efficiently. I was very surprised when Yates also said they would wash the car, after a long cross country drive this was a wonderful bonus. When I picked up my car it hadn't been washed which didn't bother me because I wasn't expecting it but as soon as the manager saw that it hadn't been washed he made it a point to come and apologize and give me a free car wash any time I needed it. This was truly a superb customer experience. If they take this much time with a simple inspection I will be taking my car back for any of its maintenance needs. Being new to Alexandria I was worried about finding a place to have my car serviced but the overall experience here will bring me back whenever I need it.

If you are running short on time and really need an oil change, I highly recommend this place. They are always professional and really quick, I was there less than 20 minutes. It's way better than having to schedule an appointment with other places or a dealership. I have not had other maintenance done here, but like I said, if you're looking to get out of NOVA and need that oil changed before your trip, this place can get it done.

Always great service at Yates and I love the free car wash that comes with the oil change. The staff at Yates are always friendly and professional.

Amazing service. Fast and efficient. Free coffee, WiFi, car wash and $15 off is you get a oil change/tire rotation. I like that they clean your windows and vacuum out your vehicle as well. I will definitely be back!Thank you for the great service.
