Everyone at Yates is anxious to please. They gave me a ride back to my house and then picked me up after my oil change was done. The waiting area is very clean, and took great care of my car. They also washed the car and vacuumed it out!!

Everyone was knowledgeable and quite capable of assisting myself and others waiting. Jon called as promised and advised me of the status of the issue and its cost. He answered my questions without hesitation. In fact, my car was ready before the anticipated timeframe. Thank you.

The epitome of a classic family business where every customer is valued. Refreshing to know there are still some businesses out there that run on the good old fashion principles of customer service, quality, honesty and integrity. A true throwback to a time of the past and benchmark for others to aim for in the future.

The service technician was truly wonderful to work with. He gave me the best options as far costs for getting new tires. I was able to ship new tires to Yates and they called me once they came in. I dropped my car off before work and got a call that they were done. I picked it up after work and my car had been washed! Yates Automotive did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Went in late to get a tail light bulb replaced. I was in and out in a jiffy and everyone there was kind and helpful.
