These guys are the best in the area. You can always trust they are going to do the work right and give you a competitive price. Location is right near the metro so it's easy to drop off a car and then go to work. Can get much better than Yates automotive.

The service was wonderful. Everyone seemed like they genuinely cared about my car maintenance and I didn't feel like they tried to up-sell me on things that I didn't need. My heat is now fixed in my car, however, they must have switched a wire because my right turn signal now sounds like it's having heart palpitations. It's sounds twice as fast as it used to and twice as fast as my left turn signal. Weird.

As always, my experience with your staff and your service was first rate. Your staff and mechanics treated me like an old friend and knew my car (I am a regular customer). They were knowledgeable and efficient and their explanations were clear and concise. The job was done when they promised it would be.

Excellent service! In fact, these guys washed my car for free better than it comes out when I take it to an expensive car wash. And I only got a $50 repair! Really nice folks there too.
