They took great care of my car, explained everything that needed to be done, and had it all done in a timely manner.

Love it when you can pull up to a service station and be greeted immediately by a friendly, courteous and efficient staff member. And that's exactly what happened when Conor at Yates Auto greeted me yesterday. He knew exactly what it meant when he saw my warning light lit up in my car--check air pressure in tires. After he adjusted the air on all 4 of my tires, I thanked him and wanted to give him a tip for his wonderful service. But he would not accept any tips and explained he was there to help. He was the real deal--honest, respectful, and a genuinely kind-hearted good citizen. Such a refreshing experience that had me driving away wearing a huge smile, and thinking what a nicer world it would be if there were more folks like Conor!--Elisabeth

I am new to the area and have luckily found Yates Automotive. I had a brake issue unsolved by others, but Yates's folks diagnosed the problem immediately. They are always polite, courteous, and most importantly competent. Us non-mechanically inclined types are always at the mercy of automotive repairmen and their con jobs, I do not feel that way with Yates -- I believe them to be an honest and earnest family run business. Keep up the good work.

I have been here a couple of times and everybody is very friendly and provides realistic/reliable suggestions for car maintenance.

I went there this morning to get my right tail light replaced. Not only did the gentleman do an amazing professional job but he was also very kind. It's so rare to find service places that gladly serve with a smile. I will definitely return when I need other work. I think his name was Matt. Super awesome 6 stars!

I feel like every car body shop should have a prof. mechanic like Joe. He was informative, efficient, and most importantly, honest. Within 10 minutes of my visit, he not only checked my tire pressure, corrected and inflated all 4 tires of my car, but also removed this towing hook that was "stuck" to my car because no other mechanic was able to figure it out. He did it in 1 minute. -- free of charge. I also learned a good number of things about my car and about cars in general in that short amount of time. I really appreciated that given that we, customers, can't always rely in many car shops as it's common to find a lot of these businesses rather dishonest leaving us skeptical with whether or not our cars are in good hands. I have always been very pleased with my service at Yates. The staff are always knowledgable, professional, accommmodating, and friendly. I'll always bring my car back to Yates for servicing. When you change your brand of gas I'll always buy my gas there as well.
