I have always been very pleased with my service at Yates. The staff are always knowledgable, professional, accommmodating, and friendly. I'll always bring my car back to Yates for servicing. When you change your brand of gas I'll always buy my gas there as well.

Car still " hiccuping" after major repair which included mention of this issue. I returned today and had, Dustin, the tech who worked on my car ride with me for a bit. He was very informative and concerned. I was instructed to drop off my car Sunday night for Dustin to check first thing Monday morning to check issue. For now I can say your staff is responsive and concernened. I hope I wil have more to follow up with on Monday. We've been coming to Yates for years so I think that speaks for itself! They are honorable and efficient. Thank you!

Honest and reliable. Always fixed on time. Also noticed a serious safety problem with the tires and advised me how to deal with it.

I just moved to VA from another state and had to get an emissions test and safety inspection. The guys at Yates made sure I passed my inspection even though there was a discrepancy regarding some lights on the rear end of my vehicle. They ended up saving me a lot of money and were very friendly and nice to work with. When I went to pick up my car it had been washed and vacuumed out, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely go back here for any future car needs!
