Seats were wet from detailing, but they di a really good job.

I requested an Interior detailing, and not only did my car come back looking newer and better than it was when I purchased it 6 yrs ago, but they also did a complimentary exterior wash and wax!

I've been taking my 2008 Nissan Sentra to Yates for two years now and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cost may be slightly higher than other places (I admittedly haven't done much research), but I'm willing to pay more to not only support a local business, but also to support the great staff they have. This past time, Brian specifically was so helpful. My car was in the shop for a few days longer than originally expected due to a delay in getting some specialized parts. Brian gave me a loner car due to the inconvenience. Thank you Yates!

Great Service the wait was worth it!

First time to Yates and it was a very good experience. Jon and Zack were great host and got my vehicle fixed quick.

Although it was an expensive repair to my car, I checked with several shops and YA price was fair. They examined my car and kept me informed during the workday while ensuring my questions were answered. They did an excellent job; my car passed the safety inspection and is driving nicely.

Had my car interior detailed, and Yates did a great job. My one quibble is I asked the clerk if it included vacuuming the trunk, and she said yes, but that was not done (and after I emptied the trunk too, wah). Nice to have such a clean interior. When I dropped off the car in the morning they took me to my workplace, also.
