Great Service the wait was worth it!

First time to Yates and it was a very good experience. Jon and Zack were great host and got my vehicle fixed quick.

Although it was an expensive repair to my car, I checked with several shops and YA price was fair. They examined my car and kept me informed during the workday while ensuring my questions were answered. They did an excellent job; my car passed the safety inspection and is driving nicely.

Had my car interior detailed, and Yates did a great job. My one quibble is I asked the clerk if it included vacuuming the trunk, and she said yes, but that was not done (and after I emptied the trunk too, wah). Nice to have such a clean interior. When I dropped off the car in the morning they took me to my workplace, also.

The car wash and detail center at Yates on Braddock Road is AMAZING! My Jeep wrangler is 16 years old and hardly ever washed over the years. I finally decided to get it detailed and was absolutely amazed at the transformation. It looks NEW after 16 years. The hard top was grey and faded due to my neglect and now it's restored to shinny and black like when I bought it. I was blown away when I picked it up. Never imagined it could look so good. Thank you! Highly recommend this place.

If there were 6+ stars Jon and the Yates team would certainly own them! What a great master technician they have in Mike. Mike not only figured out the problem that was plaguing my car, but he offered a detailed explanation of the cause (ineffective work done by the OEM), When the dealership was presented with Mike's facts and diagnosis, they immediately replaced and repaired the issue and admitted a faulty opportunity to do so in the first place when they did not do the recall work as they should have in the first place. Honesty, integrity, sound mechanical and technical expertise and super competitive pricing is why we keep coming back! This truly is the best around!!!

Car still " hiccuping" after major repair which included mention of this issue. I returned today and had, Dustin, the tech who worked on my car ride with me for a bit. He was very informative and concerned. I was instructed to drop off my car Sunday night for Dustin to check first thing Monday morning to check issue. For now I can say your staff is responsive and concernened. I hope I wil have more to follow up with on Monday. We've been coming to Yates for years so I think that speaks for itself! They are honorable and efficient. Thank you!
