I can't thank Jon and the rest of the guys at Yates enough for keeping my '99 SUV rolling. Yates was recommended to me two years ago by someone who has lived in the area for years, and I'm so grateful that they did! Jon and the guys always assess the problem in a timely manner, call me (and my dad) with estimates and recommendations before doing any work, and have it ready within a day a half! They've offered me rides to work and loaner cars. They also call to check in on a repair to make sure that it's been fixed to my satisfaction. They're honest and they take the time to explain everything. I've gone to Yates for brake work, a tailpipe replacement, a check engine light, and an oil change. As a young professional trying to make it work on a budget and with a car that has 201,000+ miles, I can't be more thankful to have this shop close by.

This place is absolutely amazing. I'm new to the area and the staff was very professional and with mechanics I'm always weary but their prices were far. The car detailing truly was the best part! Definitely would recommend!!

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Yates. for the repairs they just did on our '09 Acadia!!! Brought it in running pretty rough, and now,with their Awesomeness, it runs like NEW!! THANK YOU so much for the prompt, excellent service. We will definitely return!

Dealing with Yates automotive is always a pleasure. I took my SUV there after several tries at the Volkswagen dealer with no luck in actually fixing my engine light problem . Dropped off over a weekend when I was going out of town, and by Monday at 5pm everything was in perfect shape. When I left the car it was a mess, and when I picked it up it was spotless, and everything worked perfect. John even volunteered to pick me up and drop me off at the metro station. WOW!! I was impressed during the whole process. John kept me informed all weekend with updates. Been there 3 times now, and always awesome experiences. Ask for Jim or John, they are both great and on top of every detail.

Customer Serivce was outstanding, I felt at ease leaving my car. I was also provided a loaner car until my service was completed. When my car was returned to me it was washed waxed and spotless. Thank you

Been going to Yates for 14 years now with various vehicles from a 11 year old Honda Del Sol to a brand new BMW convertible. Have always been treated well and have found them to be honest and trustworthy. One time I took my car in to repair a window that would not roll down - they called me an hour later and told me my car was still under warranty so they referred me to the dealer, rather than charging me. After 5 years of road trips with dog in the back seat and recently to haul dusty and dirty items out of my dad's storage locker, my Subaru Forrester was a mess! So, took it in to be detailed and just picked it up early this morning. It is clean, really, really clean. Not a dog hair in sight! Will definitely keep on taking my cars there!

Leonard surpased all my expectations having never had the car serviced outside of the Dealership in New York where it was purchased.
